Message kits for appointment-based services

Booking messages, written once and ready to edit.

Confirmoryn Booking Messages Ltd prepares digital message kits for small service businesses that work by appointment. You get editable templates for the whole booking, from the first confirmation to the note after the visit, with short guidance on when to use each one.

Wording can be tailored to your services, your tone and the order you speak to clients in. Sending stays with you, through the channels you already use.

  • Editable fields for names, dates, times and places
  • Short notes on when to use each message
  • Ready-made kits, or wording tailored to your process

Messages for each stage

The booking, from first confirmation to the note afterwards.

Most bookings follow the same shape. A kit gives you a message for each point in that shape, so the client always knows what has been agreed and what happens next.

  1. Confirmation

The booking is agreed. The message sets out the date, the time, the place and what the service covers.

  2. Preparation

What the client needs to do, or have ready, before you arrive or they come in.

  3. Reminder

A short note ahead of the visit, sent at whatever notice suits the way you work.

  4. Missing details

Used only when something is still outstanding. One clear question, asked calmly.

  5. After the visit

A follow-up with the next steps you offer, and a thank-you note to close the booking.

Now and then

Two situations that sit outside the run.

These are not part of every booking. They wait in the kit until a day goes sideways.

Rescheduling note

Offers a new time and confirms it once the client has agreed. Any notice period comes from your own rules.

Late arrival message

Says that the start time has moved, gives a realistic new one and asks what the client would prefer.

What's included

Eight message types, each with a job to do.

Every kit is built from these eight. Choose one to read what it is for and to see the full sample text underneath.

Select a card to load its sample below. Nothing is sent from this page.

Sample messages

Read the wording before anything is written for you.

These are samples of editable text. The highlighted parts are the fields you fill in before sending. Nothing on this page sends a message, stores a contact or connects to a calendar.

Confirmation

Hi [Client Name], your [Service] booking with [Business Name] is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. We will be at [Location]. If the time or the place needs changing, reply to this message and we will sort it out. Thank you.

Copy it, then edit every field before you send.

Wording, tone and the order of the messages can all be adapted. Conditions such as notice periods, deposits or late arrival rules are yours to set, and we only write what you tell us applies.

Ready-made & tailored

Two ways to get the wording you need.

Both start from the same eight message types. The difference is how closely the wording is fitted to your own service and your own way of booking people in.

Ready-made

A kit that is already written

A themed set of message templates for appointment-based work, with editable fields and short notes on when each one is used.

  • Templates for the eight message types, in plain and calm English
  • Editable fields for client names, services, dates, times and places
  • Notes explaining the point of each message
  • A simple guide to the order the messages are usually sent in
Tailored

The same materials, fitted to your work

We adapt the wording, the tone and the order of the messages to your services and to the way your bookings actually run.

  • Wording adjusted to your services and the names you give them
  • Tone set to match how you speak to your clients
  • The order and number of messages matched to your booking process
  • Notes rewritten around your own rules for preparation and changes

The exact contents, the file format and the terms of an order are agreed with you directly. [Pricing information to be added] · [Turnaround times to be added]

Who it's for

Small teams who book people in and then talk them through it.

The examples below are ordinary organising: times, places, what to have ready and what happens next. That is the kind of message a kit is built for.

Photography studio

A shoot booked for Saturday

The confirmation gives the time and the address. A preparation note says what to bring. If the number of people in the session is still unknown, the missing information request asks for it. Afterwards, a thank-you and the next step the studio has set.

Cleaning company

A team booked for Tuesday morning

The confirmation covers the arrival window and the address. The preparation note explains what should be clear before the team arrives. A reminder goes out the evening before. If the van is delayed, the late arrival message gives a realistic new time.

Detailing studio

A car booked in for the day

The confirmation names the service and the drop-off time. The preparation note asks for personal items to be taken out beforehand. The follow-up covers collection and anything the studio wants the owner to know.

Pet care service

Morning walks arranged for the week

The confirmation sets out the days and times. The preparation note covers keys, harness and the routine at home. If a visit needs moving, the rescheduling note offers a new slot and confirms it once the owner agrees.

Kits are written for ordinary, non-regulated services. We do not prepare messages for regulated, medical, financial or legal work.

How it works

Five steps, and no surprises in the middle.

The work is writing and adapting text. Sending remains yours, through whichever channel you already use with clients.

Start a conversation
  1. Tell us what you need

Choose a ready-made kit, or describe the booking process you would like messages for. A short description of how you work is enough to start.

  2. Agree the details

For a tailored kit we go through your services, the tone you want, and the points in a booking where you speak to clients.

  3. The messages are prepared

You get editable templates with clearly marked fields, and short notes saying when each message is meant to be used.

  4. You check the facts

Dates, addresses, arrival details and your own rules for preparation, rescheduling and late arrivals are yours to confirm before anything goes out.

  5. Materials are handed over

You receive the final texts and the guidance notes. The file format and the exact contents are agreed as part of the order. [File formats to be confirmed]

FAQ

Worth asking before you order

If something here is not clear, ask us directly. We would rather answer than have you guess.

What is actually in a message kit?

Editable message templates for the stages of a booking, plus short notes explaining what each message is for and when it is normally sent. The fields you fill in, such as the client name, the service, the date, the time and the place, are marked in the text.

Can I edit the wording?

Yes. The templates are yours to edit. Most businesses change a few words to sound like themselves, and that is expected. Nothing is locked.

What do you need in order to tailor a kit?

A description of the services you offer, the tone you would like, the points in a booking where you contact clients, and any rules of your own that the messages should reflect, such as how you handle preparation or changes of time. Real client details are not needed, and should not be sent.

How is this different from booking software?

A kit is written material, not a system. It does not hold a calendar, take bookings, keep a client list or produce reports. It gives you the words to use in the messages you already send.

Do you send the messages to my clients?

No. Sending is arranged by you, through the channels you already use, unless a separate service has been agreed with you in writing. We do not connect to calendars, run mailings, operate messaging gateways or store your clients’ contact details.

What format do the materials come in?

Everything is delivered digitally. The exact file format and the contents of an order are agreed with you beforehand. [File formats to be confirmed]

Do you write messages for regulated services?

No. The materials are written for ordinary, non-regulated services. We do not provide regulated, financial, legal, medical or licensed advice, and the templates should not be used as though we did.
